Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility: To become a member, you must be a practicing coach, identify as a person of color, and have high vibes.

1.2 Subscription Fees: Membership requires payment of a recurring subscription fee as outlined on the sign-up page. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

1.3 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Community Guidelines

2.1 Respectful Behavior: Members must treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated. 

2.2 Prohibited Content: Do not share content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights. 

2.3 No Spam: Unsolicited advertising or promotional content is prohibited. 

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content: By posting content, you grant Craft of Coaching a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the community. 

3.2 Our Content: All content provided by Craft of Coaching is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission. 

4. Privacy

4.1 Confidentiality: Do not share private information about other members without their consent. 

5. Termination

5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions on your account page or contacting us at [email protected]. 

5.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for violations of these terms or inappropriate behavior.

6. Disclaimers 

6.1 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content in the community. 

6.2 Craft of Coaching is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the community. 

7. Changes to Terms - We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the community constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
