What's included?

ICF requires a minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching over a minimum of a three (3) month period of time as part of their application requirement for ACC and PCC Credentialing. Please refer to the ICF website for all ACC Credentialing requirements.

  • 10 hours of Mentor Coaching via ZOOM
  • 7 hours are group mentor coaching
  • 3 hours are individual mentor coaching
  • Focus of Mentor Coaching is ICF Core Competencies
  • Student development and practicum coaching 
  • Interactive class activities
  • Observation of cohort coaching and tracking the coaching conversation as it pertains to ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.
  • Coach participant submission of up to two 20-minute recorded coaching sessions for review by mentor coach.
  • Preparation and support for ICF ACC credentialing process.

This investment is for our summer cohort that will be starting at the end of June. 

You must commit and show up for each session to receive the 10 hours required for ICF.
