Craft of Coaching (C.O.C.) offers 10 hours of mentor coaching to members and non-members who are seeking credentialing through the International Coach Federation (ICF). This ICF mentor coach experience is specially designed to deepen your coaching acumen and provides the space for practical application to foster greater client impact.

This experience is specially crafted to be a safe space for coaches of color who are passionate about their continued development toward attaining or sustaining their ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach) or PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation.

What's Included In The ICF Mentor Coach Experience?

Please note that ICF requires a minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching over a minimum of a three (3) month period of time as part of their application requirement for ACC and PCC Credentialing. Please refer to the ICF website for all Credentialing requirements.

  • 10 hours of Mentor Coaching via ZOOM
  • 7 approved group mentor coaching hours for credentialing process
  • 3 approved individual mentor coaching hours for credentialing process
  • Focus of Mentor Coaching is ICF Core Competencies
  • Student development and practicum coaching 
  • Interactive session activities
  • Observation of cohort coaching and tracking the coaching conversation as it pertains to ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.
  • Coach participant submission of up to two 20-minute recorded coaching sessions for review by mentor coach. 
  • Preparation and support for ICF ACC and PCC credentialing process.

Jessica C. Dawson, PCC 

 Jessica is a world class coach with over a decade of experience. Jessica has helped tens of thousands of coaches around the world perfect their coaching craft and work towards their ICF designation. Before Jessica Co-founded Craft of Coaching, she was a learning & development consultant for Gallup where she spearheaded the educational experience of CliftonStrengths for coaches. She led Gallup's Global Strength Coach certification program as a facilitator and individual coach from it's initial design to the height of the program, reaching 31 million users and expanding the global certified coach population beyond 5,000 coaches. Today, Jessica operates as the Co-founder of Craft of Coaching. This is a community for BIPOC coaches who are serious about pursuing coaching excellence.
