Jessica’s approach combines the analytical rigor of an MBA with strengths-based and neurological frameworks to transform potential into performance. As an Executive Coach and Mentor, she partners with senior leaders and leadership teams to build resilience, strengthen leadership capabilities, and create meaningful organizational impact.
She also serves as a PCC-level Mentor Coach, guiding professional coaches as they master their craft and pursue ICF certification. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to advancing the coaching profession and supporting coaches in their continued growth.
As the Founder and CEO of Craft of Coaching, Jessica is building a heart-centered professional community for coaches of color, one focused on fostering belonging, mastery, and legacy. She believes that when we nurture the people who nurture others, the impact extends across the entire industry.
Jessica’s consulting experience includes nine years as a Senior Learning Consultant at Gallup, her PCC credential through the International Coaching Federation, and advanced certifications in Neuromindfulness and Emotional Mastery. Whether she is supporting executives in the boardroom or building a professional home for coaches, her mission remains the same: to design spaces where leadership and human potential can flourish.
