Jessica Dawson, PCC

Jessica is a leadership and coach development expert and ICF PCC-level coach. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Craft of Coaching and co-architect of the C.O.C. Collective.

A former Gallup Senior Consultant, she has trained thousands of leaders at Twitter, Southwest Airlines, and Stanford. Her work helps coaches build sustainable practices and expand their impact.

Dr. Lawrence Henderson, PCC

Dr. Lawrence E. Henderson, Jr. is an accomplished executive coach with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations achieve peak effectiveness. He has partnered with CEOs, directors, senior managers, and boards across both private companies and multi-billion-dollar publicly traded organizations.

He is the Founder and CEO of B.O.S.S. (Business Operational Support Services, LLC) and serves as a Member of the C.O.C. community and Co-architect of the C.O.C. Collective.

TaShun Bowden-Lewis, ACC

TaShun Bowden-Lewis, Esq. is a criminal defense expert and CEO/Founder of The Bowden-Lewis Consulting Group. She served nearly 30 years in CT Public Defender Services, becoming the first Black Chief Public Defender in 2022. She is an Associate Professor at Post University for 20 years and a mentor and trainer. She is a recipient of the 2023 CT Bar Foundation Fellowship and 2024 Diversity Award.
