Hello, I'm Jessica

Co-founder & CEO of Craft of Coaching and an ICF, PCC Coach. I fell into coaching over a decade ago and spent 9 years at Gallup where I equipped/trained coaches towards their ICF credentialing. I have coached tens of thousands of coaches around the globe. Today I own a private practice and am the Co-Founder of Craft of Coaching, a community for coaches of color.

Craft of Coaching is thrilled to offer the ICF Mentor Coach Experience where we will study the discipline of coaching, while in community.

In the upcoming free info session, we will share more about what you can expect in the mentor-coach experience. We will also spend time helping you demystify the ICF process.
