Our Story

Ā

Craft of Coaching was born from a vision shared by Spelman College alumnae Jessica Dawson, PCC and Myra Herring.

Reconnecting years after graduation, they saw a need for a space where coaches of color could be nurtured.

What started as an idea in late 2022 has grown into a thriving community of BIPOC coaches across the country and beyond.

Today, Craft of Coaching remains a sanctuary where coaches of color connect, grow, and pour into each other.
